The WoWHead owners (ZAM Network) have TORHead up but it’s rather lacking and slow to update.
So here’s a nice alternative created by one guy from Reddit:
Go give it look. I personally am enjoying the item set page.

Lots of The Old Republic news today! Bioware’s Gabe Amatangelo (Principal Lead PvP, Operations & Flashpoints Designer) has updated the official blog with information on what to expect from future PVP updates.
In the first week after launch there were over a million Warzone matches played, with nearly half of all players participating in Warzones. Bad news for Republic players, though – the Empire currently leads overall, having won 53% of all Alderaan Civil War and Voidstar matches (across all servers). Huttball has been played the most, accounting for 39% of all matches – and yes, we’ll be adding a new same faction vs. same faction enabled Warzone in the future.
First and foremost here is what we are addressing as a top priority:

Game Director James Ohlen has just updated the official blog with a bit more information regarding bugs and the process of fixing them.
In my last two posts, I talked about how we will be adding new game systems and content in future patches. I also mentioned that we will be continuing to put effort toward bug fixing, balance changes and exploit proofing. But I didn’t give too much information on what we’re doing in that regard. So here are some more details on the topic.

UPDATE: This post has been updated. Scroll to the bottom to see the info.
So several players figured out that using the /getdown command would not only cause your character to start dancing but would also interrupt any casting that your target was attempting.
Here’s a video of it in action:
We’re not sure if it worked in PVP, and have no intention of testing it, but suffice to say, Bioware did not approve of this and players were promptly sent emails similar to this:

UPDATE:
Biowares Community Manager: JovethGonzalez has jumped on this and has this to say:
Just wanted to let you know that this email is a fake. There are no such things as “special dance zones”.
Nobody puts our players in a corner.
Everybody is free to get down.We are NOT banning players for the use of emotes.

An interesting and useful topic has emerged on the official BioWare forums that discusses tweaking the game in some “lesser-known” ways.
Quote from the topic author (MartinSPT):
Provided are tips that are less known, and have a dramatic effect on quality and performance in the game. These come from our research group members internal testing that are fans of SWTOR and are computer engineers and OS theorists.
There’s a lot in there but it’s well worth a look if you’re into getting the best possible frame-rate and/or quality settings.
