Talent bugs have plagued many players since the release of patch 3.1 and the new Dual Spec. option hit last week.  Blizzard is well aware of the ongoing issues, but it will take a small content patch to fix the problem, which is whay things have not been “hotfixed” at this point.  The good news is that they are working to get said patch out the door as soon as possible.  With what I’ve been reading, I would not be surprised to see it on Tuesday (4/21) or at the latest 4/28.

Eyonix made a post addressing this issue saying that “In the next upcoming minor content patch all talents are going to be wiped, but not glyphs. So, make sure you put the right talents with the right glyphs, or you’ll have to respec/reglyph to fix it.”  So, if you were thinking about a respec I’d wait and see what happens tomorrow as you just might luck out and get it for free!
